As Store Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the business, including:
- Building and developing a high-performing team
- Coaching service advisors and technicians
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Managing daily shop operations
- Driving sales while maintaining the highest level of integrity
- Monitoring key performance indicators including car count, ARO, close ratio, gross profit, and technician productivity
- Recruiting, hiring, and developing future leaders
- Resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Creating a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
We're searching for someone who has:
- Previous automotive management experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair knowledge
- Leadership skills that inspire others
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A passion for developing employees
- The ability to make sound business decisions
- A valid driver's license
- High integrity and a strong work ethic
Bonus Points If You Have
- ASE Certifications
- Experience managing a high-volume automotive repair facility
- Experience reading financial reports and managing profitability

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
